Partners in Equipping 

Partners in Equipping is one of SEBA's three strategic pathways with the purpose of raising up and forming new local leaders as well as those called to be trained for Baptist accredited ministry. 

We currently offer two opportunities for training.

Baptist Accredited Ministry
This is offered to those who have been called to be trained for Baptist ministry, by being trained by one of national Baptist colleges. Due to the closure of Spurgeon's College, SEBA have been working in partnership with London Baptist and Bristol College in the establishment of the London Hub training resource hosted by Westbourne Park Baptist Church. Recognised Local Ministry or Local Leadership Training
Equip is our foundation course in Christian Leadership for those who want to dip their toe into the sea of theology and biblical studies to be better equipped to serve Jesus in His church. It is suitable both for local leaders who are looking to extent their knowledge and understanding. It is also the course which those being trained for Recognised Local Ministry need to follow.

Our first Equip Hub is due to start in Autumn 2026 (Equip Kent, in Ashford), but we are expecting to open further hubs, across the South-East of England, soon.
