We are pleased that the 3 monthly events have gone well in this area. On the last Saturday of each month the small prayer group runs a family afternoon in partnership with Sure Start and Kick Kent. We offer a children’s club for 5-11’s, and toddler group for pre-schoolers and their carers and football training for those who feel a bit more energetic. Each activity shares a Christian theme / Bible story as part of their time together and everyone meets up in the school hall for a song together at the end.

• that these events continue to reach out to families in the area
• give thanks for Orpington Baptist Church who are bringing a team in the summer to help run a holiday club for these families
• for the plans for the 2nd MAD week in October

Cafechurch @Bluewater

continues to grow – our Easter event used craft as well as multi-media, and discussion to celebrate the meaning of Easter.

Please pray that cafechurch is successful in drawing in people who wouldn’t normally attend church, and helps them to explore the Christian faith in a significant way.
